1. The law is either in your favor or “gray,”
2. The case is complex, a probable “close call” or both, and
3. The client can afford CaseOnAPage support

If any of the above is untrue for your specific case, then CaseOnAPage will not be able to help. However, if all three criteria are met, you may submit your legal draft for review. CaseOnAPage assesses drafts and returns formal proposals for your consideration within two to three work days following the day of submittal. A non-returnable fee of $500 is charged for each CaseOnAPage submittal.

Accepting CaseOnAPage Proposals. To launch a CaseOnAPage proposal, the lead attorney must make contact by phone for a brief discussion. A 50 percent retainer is charged to begin each CaseOnAPage project with the remainder due upon receipt. A typical turnaround is 7 to 10 calendar days.
